1. Return Time Limit
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
- Damaged, altered or non-resellable items are ineligible.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. How to Start a Return
Email us at service24@futionamen.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product.
We will provide return instructions after approval. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- Customer-initiated returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs (rates depend on your chosen courier).
- Our error (damaged/incorrect items): Return shipping is free.
5. Damaged Items
Inspect your package upon delivery. For freight damage, send photos/videos within 24 hours of receipt to the above email, or the damage claim will be invalid.
6. Exchanges
Indicate exchange requests when initiating a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately. Contact us with your order details if you have concerns.
8. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, you may either keep it for a partial refund or request the correct item.
After we receive your returned item, we will send the correct product or process a full refund.
9. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Additional processing time may apply for your bank or card issuer.
